Silver Connections. We are here to assist you in our Open Lab four days a week

SILVER CONNECTIONS focuses on understanding the patterns of unhealthy eating.  We will have live demonstrations of food preparation.We are proud to have created a creatived collaborative and an open  Nutrition Lab every Monday to teach you the value of practicing healthy eating.

The wide range of activities and experiences offered at SILVER CONNECTIONS will empower you to get out on the dance floor and enjoy your time away from home. Our special staff and incredible partners will teach you how to line dance and other dance steps with the moves you never thought you had. We will dance the  Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle, Some Enchanted Evening and more!

SILVER CONNECTIONS offer lots of other exciting fitness and sports activities including trips to local professional sporting (football, basketball games). We will have free ticket giveaways to these events only if you are a member of Silver Connections!. Please feel free to reach out.
